(2) Condenser
Condenser: The tube condenser produced by this factory can be divided into three types according to material: composite titanium tube condenser, titanium tube condenser and carbon Steel-Titanium mixed tube condenser. It can be divided into fixed tube-plate type, floating head type and U-tube heat exchanger according to structure, and can be divided into single tube-pass, double tube-pass and multi-tube-pass. Heat transfer area is 0.5-500 m2, which can be customized according to different needs of users.
(3) tank
Tank: The fermentation tank designed by our factory is of standard type. When nominal volume is less than 6M3, jacket type is used. The cooling or heating of fermentation gas is accomplished by a jacket. When the nominal volume is above 6M3, the cooling of fermentation gas is carried out by vertical pipes, and the connection of pipes in the tank is improved. This mainly avoids opening more holes in the tank body to form dead corners. This continuous method has achieved satisfactory results in practical use. Fermentation equipment can be divided into two types: one is the cone type of anaerobic fermentation (e.g. alcohol fermentation), the other is the tank type of anaerobic fermentation (e.g. standard type, compatible type, self-priming type, etc.). This kind of equipment is most commonly used in standard tank type. The series drawings of fermentation tanks designed by our factory belong to the standard tank type. In the design of fermentation equipment of various specifications, it is necessary to design rigorous structure, have enough strength and service life, strive for less internal accessories and smooth surface of the equipment, and pay attention to good gas-jujube vapor contact and gas-spine-solid mixing performance, so as to make material transfer and gas exchange effectively. There is enough heat exchange area to ensure that fermentation can be carried out at the optimum temperature. Pay attention to the sealing performance of equipment to ensure sterilization operation.
(4) Cooler
Cooler: Mainly used for concentration of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. It can also recover alcohol and simple reflux extraction. Structure: The equipment mainly consists of six parts: concentration tank, first condenser, vapor-liquid separator, second condenser, cooler and receiving bucket, all of which are made of titanium.
